Welcome to DonateAnyCrypto (DAC), a service that allows you to get donations in various cryptocurrencies. These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") describe the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the DAC service. By using DAC, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Service Description

User Eligibility

You must also have the authority to get donations on behalf of the organization you represent, if applicable. By using DAC, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
User Conduct
You agree to use DAC in a lawful manner and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. You are solely responsible for the content you post on DAC and for any actions you take while using the service. You agree not to: Use DAC to engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others; Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent yourself or your organization; Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; Use DAC to promote or advertise products or services that are illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others; Use DAC to collect or harvest personal information from others; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to DAC or its systems; Use DAC to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; Use DAC in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or its systems; Interfere with any other user's use of DAC; Violate any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity.
Donations
DAC allows users to get donations in various cryptocurrencies. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to geting donations. DAC does not provide legal or financial advice and is not responsible for any legal or financial consequences that may arise from geting donations.
Fees
DAC charges a fee for its services, which is deducted from each donation. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the donation amount and is disclosed to users at the time of donation. DAC reserves the right to change its fees at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DAC provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DAC does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the service. You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
DAC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. DAC's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount of fees paid by the user to DAC in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold DAC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers harmless from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Intellectual Property
The content and materials on DAC, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of DAC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content or materials from DAC without DAC's express written consent.
Termination
TDAC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the service and destroy any content or materials you obtained from DAC.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any action arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activities. You represent and warrant that all donations received through the service are legal and legitimate, and you will not use the service to facilitate any transactions that are prohibited by law or regulation. DAC reserves the right to investigate any suspected illegal activities, and to terminate your access to the service if DAC determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this clause.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes that may be applicable to donations received through the service. DAC is not responsible for collecting, reporting, or remitting any taxes arising from your use of the service. You agree to comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including but not limited to reporting and payment of any income taxes or other taxes that may be required by law. You acknowledge that DAC is not providing any tax advice, and you should consult with your own tax advisor for any questions related to taxes.
Changes to the Agreement
DAC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the service after any such modifications will constitute your getance of the modified Agreement.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DAC regarding the use of the service, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and DAC.
